Business Description:The Viewspaper is an online newspaper that is targeted at the youth in India, but has a wide readership among all age groups. Started by 22 year old Shiv Bhaskar Dravid, this newspaper aims to be the voice of the youth in India by providing youngsters the space to air their views.
Citizen journalists generate a large part of the content on this site. Hence the emphasis is on understanding what the youth of India thinks about all the major issues in the country, and making proactive citizens out of them.
We launched Viewspaper Hindi (www.theviewspaper.in) on August 5. It is a citizen journalist paper for the Hindi speaking community in India. Unlike The Viewspaper, there is no age limit for contributors in this case.
