Business Description:Nitman Software's mission is to make world class software products for Indian businesses. It was founded in 2006 by Nitin Shimpi and Manjusha Madabushi, two IIT Mumbai graduates who have been engaged in product development for US based companies as part of their previous ventures.
Nitman's first product, Talentpool, is a recruitment software that helps companies meet hiring targets, reduce time to hire and lower cost of hiring. Talentpool's easy to use interface, configurability and the fact that it was designed specifically for internal use by companies sets it apart from the competition.
Currently, Talentpool is available in three versions depending on the quantum of recruitments in a company. Nitman Software has its own sales team in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore and is in the process of expanding its footprint in other territories through a mix of its own sales force and authorized channel partners.
