The report comments on the financial health of the company and issues and concerns related to it. The impact of issues/concerns are then highlighted to perceive its impact on valuation of the company.
Post investment monitoring services
Monitors the investee companies of private equity firms on periodic basis in various aspects.
Such monitoring helps private equity firms understand the movement of business periodically and understand the issues/concerns associated with it. It assists the investor as well as the management take corrective measures.
II) Corporates
These include corporate finance services for startups and SME (Small and Medium Enterprises). These services include preparation of detailed financial model and project reports, valuation, vendor due diligence, MIS implementation, fund raising and growth strategy advisory.
