It revolves around automating CRM functions including processing of Table Reservation, Home Delivery Orders and Take Away Food. An affordable City Specific promotional opportunity is also integrated in to it.
The entire process is handled on the net, in what is now known as Cloud Computing, rendering it as a plug and play product.
The idea evolved after witnessing a number of restaurants failing despite starting with all the fanfare. On deeper investigation we found the main reason to be an over burdened owner and lack of sustained visibility of the establishment.
