Business Description:DesiCrew Solutions started its journey in February 2007, offering entry-level back office services. Our central team in Chennai acts as an interface between the clients and our remote workforce. We set up the infrastructure, recruit the local workforce, train them in project specific skills and bring them to the service level requirements of clients.
Over a period of 12 months, we experimented with different projects ranging from Transcription, Telecalling, Digitisation, to Secondary research and GIS plotting. Currently we have 80 associates across 4 districts in Tamil Nadu.
Apart from offering IT enabled services to clients, we also provide BPO specific training to rural people. Some of our clients include HDFC Standard Life, New Horizons Media, Apollo Hospitals, Hero Honda, and IIT-Madras.
In the days to come, we would like to move ahead in the value chain, in terms of our services to clients.
