Business Description:Bcube IT Services is a BPO which manages Oxigen's customer care and has recently acquired a few other clients. Having the leverage of expertise in call center technology and with the backbone of oxigen (Oxigen has a retail base of around 50,000 retail outlets and touch points) bcube plans to launch its own business model Call2Pay. (Call to Pay on phone ? "Where people can access various utility services on the phone" "an alternate payment mechanism"). Bcube plans to first launch itself into B2B market using 30000 retail outlets for which we have arrangements with Oxigen. All of these outlets will also be Call2Pay retail outlets - These retail outlets will sell all Call2Pay services to their customer's and in turn pay us through phone. Once the Call2Pay system is completely tested through the business-to-business model, we would make Call2Pay business-to-customer as well. This would open up a huge market for us. Payments would be accepted through credit/debit cards as well. A lot of focus is to be given towards the commonwealth games which can be a turning point of this business model. Services like air tickets booking, railway tickets booking, movie tickets booking, flowers delivery, sweets delivery, utility bill payments, phone recharge etc. would be provided.
